Europe Travel Centre Pty Limited is a fully licensed Travel Agency/Wholesaler located in Brookvale on Sydney’s northern beaches. The business commenced trading in August 2003 and is owned by Geoff Harvey and Sandra Harvey in partnership with Ron Chandler.
The Agency specializes in Drive Holidays worldwide offering a comprehensive range of discounted Car Rental programs with leading Car Hire companies including AVIS, Europcar, Hertz & Budget. Other services include - Motorhomes in Europe, Hotels, Apartments and AA Travel Guides.
Europe Travel Centre is also an Appointed Agent/Wholesaler for the Citroen DriveEurope Tax Free Car leasing scheme. This program offers brand new cars available for lease for a minimum of 17 days to a maximum of 180 days. It is ideal for travellers on an extended holiday in Europe.

Director Profiles
Geoff Harvey: Geoff commenced his career in the Travel Industry in August 1977 with TAA (later Australian Airlines/Qantas) where he gained valuable experience and travel qualifications over 8 years, before joining Olympic Airways in 1985 as a field sales representative until 1987, which was followed by a short stint in the UK with Wexas International a leading London based travel agency.
In October 1988 Geoff along with partners and investors established DriveAway Holidays, where he was employed for over 14 years. In 1997 Geoff was appointed the Managing Director of DriveAway Holidays and led the organization for 6 years until March 2003.
With over 30 years experience in the Australian travel industry, Geoff is well placed to provide expert advice to all customers and overall direction for the business.
Sandra Harvey: Sandra commenced her career in the travel industry in 1983 with Flight Deck Travel a leading Sydney CBD based travel agency. Sandra has gained valuable frontline travel experience with many leading travel companies including National Australia Bank Travel (now American Express), Wexas International in the UK and most recently with DriveAway Holidays. Sandra holds qualifications in Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 with Qantas, has traveled extensively and offers a wealth of general travel industry experience.
Ronald Chandler: Ron has been a part of the Travel Industry for most of his working life. Recently retired after 35 years with Avis Rent A Car, he held senior managerial positions in Europe, North America & Asia Pacific, including Managing Director of Avis in Ireland, Canada and Japan and for a time Director of Sales in Europe. He completed his long career with Avis as Director of Sales & Marketing for Asia Pacific based in Sydney.
He was also a Director of DriveAway Holidays a leading Australian Travel Wholesale company for over 10 years until stepping down in late 2003, and is currently a Director of Empire Film Services and The Canal Road Film Centre.
Ron’s other activities include being a Councilor on the Australian British Chamber of Commerce, of which he is a past Chairman and is a Director of the Lansdowne Club, the premier Irish business network organization in Australia.
Ron’s wealth of experience in the travel industry and general business knowledge will be a great asset in the development of the Europe Travel Centre as a leading Online Travel business.

Europe Travel Centre is also a full member of the Australian Travel Compensation Fund (TCF) - Fund File number - 2/8444 and a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA).
